Privacy policy for Kates Energy.
Kates Energy uses the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, assess the requested work, provide agreed services, and keep the related service record. Depending on the form, this can include your contact details, property or project details, messages, and files you choose to upload.
We use service providers to host the site and private files and to deliver email. On the Production public site, optional analytics remain off unless the analytics policy is explicitly enabled and you choose Allow measurement. Choosing Essential only keeps optional measurement off. The preference is stored in this browser and can be changed at any time with Analytics preferences. Private acknowledgement and upload pages suppress browser referrer details, and analytics events from those pages never include form contents, file names, request identifiers, or access tokens.
When optional measurement is allowed, automatic page and performance telemetry excludes private workflow and admin routes. Every provider URL is reduced to its origin and path, without a query or fragment. Browser referrers are limited to the site origin everywhere and suppressed entirely on direct private acknowledgement, checkout, result, and upload responses. Allowlisted saved-request and upload lifecycle events can report only a coarse outcome or aggregate file-count, file-type, and size buckets; private dynamic path segments are replaced with a fixed route path. Form contents, file names, lead identifiers, access tokens, and arbitrary event fields are rejected. Local and Preview deployments do not enable this telemetry. Hosting and security infrastructure still process the request metadata needed to serve and protect the site, and email providers process messages sent through them.
Upload and client-delivery links are access credentials. Keep them private. Newly issued links expire and Kates Energy can revoke them. Private files are not intended to be shared through their storage URLs.
We keep inquiry, service, and document records only while they are needed for the requested work and applicable business or legal obligations. Incomplete form drafts and unmatched email-webhook audit summaries receive finite retention-review dates. A review date is a control for deletion or anonymization review; it does not by itself promise automatic deletion of a customer record.
You can ask what information Kates Energy holds about your request, request a correction, or ask for deletion subject to applicable retention obligations. Use the dedicated privacy-email option on the Contact page and identify the email address used for the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive documents in the initial message.
