Choose a Path

Contact

Choose the right intake path for quotes, home upgrade decision support, or active-project questions across Alberta.

Best next action

Choose the path that matches the job.

This page is intentionally a router, not a dead-end contact page. The goal is to keep quote requests, decision support, and active-project questions separate from the start.

Use this page when you need to point the project in the right direction before you submit anything else.

Use Request a Quote when

  • you are explicitly asking for a new service, evaluation, or scoped response
  • you know the building type, project stage, and likely service need

Use Home Upgrade Review when

  • you already have a completed EnerGuide or ERS report
  • you already have contractor quotes
  • the main job is decision support, not another default evaluation
  • you want help deciding whether more evaluation is materially necessary

Use Existing Project Question when

  • the file is already active
  • you need help with revisions, deliverables, scheduling, invoices, or project follow-up
  • the project should be treated as support work, not brand-new intake

The most useful first note

Keep it short and structured:

  • building type
  • city
  • whether a report already exists
  • whether contractor quotes already exist
  • the thing you need to prove, improve, compare, or move forward

New evaluation or service

Request a Quote

Best when you are explicitly asking for new testing, modelling, code support, documentation work, or a scoped service response.

Request a Quote

Report or quote already exists

Home Upgrade Review

Use this when you already have an EnerGuide or ERS report, already have contractor quotes, or need decision support before ordering more work.

Home Upgrade Review

Current client or current file

Existing Project Question

Use this for in-process project questions, revisions, scheduling, deliverables, invoice follow-up, and other active-project support.

Existing Project Question

Routing rule

Existing reports and quotes change the right front door.

A homeowner with a completed EnerGuide or ERS report and/or contractor quotes should not be pushed into another evaluation flow by default.

Report already done

Use Home Upgrade Review first, then add the report and explain the decision you need to make.

Quotes already exist

Use Home Upgrade Review unless you are clearly asking for a new service outside the current quote set.

Active project already moving

Use Existing Project Question so the request lands as project support instead of new intake.

Looking for a specific technical scope? Start in the services library.

Next step

Keep the intake clean from the first click.

Choose the right path first, then send the minimum useful context for that job.

Start with the right route

Separate new service requests from decision support and active-project help.

Use the routing page first when you already have a report, already have contractor quotes, or the file is already in motion.
